Decision intelligence is a method employed by Faculty to evaluate areas where their customers could leverage AI for benefits. It involves a systematic process that integrates data, analytics, AI models, and human judgment to enhance decision-making.
We've developed the Decision intelligence canvas to serve as an online self-diagnostic questionnaire. This tool allows prospective customers to gauge the decision intelligence maturity of their organisations and compare them to competitors. The canvas includes a welcome screen, an online survey, and a results page where users are prompted to reach out to Faculty for further assistance in addressing identified gaps.

We integrated the DI Canvas with HubSpot to help Sales teams manage customer relationships at scale and deliver exceptional experiences. It has proven to be effective at helping our prospects understand where Faculty's offering can add value, leading to increased conversions in the middle of the sales funnel.







The canvas guided prospects through key phases of evaluating their decision intelligence maturity. By seamlessly aligning with the customer journey, it helped identify gaps, benchmark capabilities, and provide insights into tailored solutions.
