SaaS dashboard UI/UX snapshots for Faculty

Frontier is an innovative AI operating system designed by Faculty to help organisations solve mission-critical challenges like demand forecasting and resource allocation.
However, due to its complexity, Sales teams often struggled to pitch it, as prospective customers found the interface and advanced capabilities hard to grasp. The challenge was to quickly demonstrate how Frontier could help them before committing to full product demos.



We decided to simplify dashboards of the product to highlight key interactions that clearly demonstrate how Frontier can provide value.

In collaboration with Frontier’s Product team, I designed an accessible visual style, consistent with Faculty's brand, developed a library of simplified dashboard snapshots, and built interactive prototypes in Figma, tailored for different use cases in Healthcare and Commercial Operations. This approach allowed us to quickly optimise assets to support client pitches and refine the product-market fit moving forward.

Ultimately, each prototype was animated and embedded on Frontier’s landing page, accompanied by a supporting narrative, helping Faculty boost conversions and stay ahead of competitors.
